Please also do look out for emails from our Partner Support team with regards to a Corrective Action Report (CAR) that you will need to submit to us should you be flagged as one of the top few stores with the poorest fulfilment rates in that particular week. We hope for your cooperation to respond to the email promptly to help us understand your painpoints and to help address any ongoing issues that you are facing.
