As part of our overall efforts to improve our quality of service to customers on RedMart, we would like to share some updates on our process to track and action on poor fulfilment moving forward.


If you have been flagged as one of the top sellers with poorest UFR, our team will reach out to you via call or email to have you fill in the Corrective Action Report (CAR). This information will help us understand issues/difficulties you face so we can help you be more operationally efficient with us.

This refers to Service Level Agreement (1) as stated in the Terms & Conditions.

We are progressively rolling out these Service Level Agreement(2) and (3) as stated in the Terms & Conditions.
