We would like to inform you that your products have been enabled (both website and app) as of 12th Feb (Wed) at 22:00 - should this not be the case, please contact partner support here.

Referring to our last SMS notice dated February 11, 2020 20:03, we will not be picking up DRY and FROZEN items until Friday (14th Feb). FRESH pick ups are not affected and will continue to happen.

Operations will resume as per normal from Saturday (15 Feb) onwards for DRY and FRESH pick ups only.  *We will not be fulfilling FROZEN pick ups until further notice.

We thank you for your patience and understanding the past week, and sincerely apologise for any inconvenience caused. The measures implemented were not ideal but were necessary to enable us to cope with the demand to ensure we resume operations as soon as possible.
