We have seen a sudden increase in orders since the shift to DORSCON Orange status as of yesterday, 8th of Feb. We are working on increasing our delivery capacity to ensure everyone can get their daily essentials on time - however, we need you to do your part too:

1) Prepare all items on time before the arrival of our delivery representatives. 
This is to ensure that we can scan and put away the items on time to be able to fulfil all orders. *If items are not ready upon driver arrival, we will not be able to pick up the items. Our drivers will proceed to the next pick up location to avoid further delays and short fills. 

2) Ensure that all stocks are accurately updated on the Partner Portal. 
Due to the surge in demand, please do ensure that stocks are regularly replenished and accurately reflected on the Partner Portal to avoid overcommitting on orders that cannot be fulfilled. Click here to find out how.
