Undelivered items arise from a variety of reasons:

  • Customer cancelling the order

  • Customer no-shows (when delivery man arrives, customer is absent)

  • Issues with dimensions or barcodes that hindered our ability to successfully pick and ship the item

 

Partially Undelivered items arise from a variety of reasons:

  • Customer cancelled part of the order before the delivery

  • Customer rejected the item during the delivery

  • Issues with dimensions or barcodes that hindered our ability to successfully pick and ship the item

  • Wrong item handed to our driver

 

What Happens to Undelivered Items?



Note:

  • Products returned to sellers between Monday to Friday of the week

  • These items (if any) will appear in Partner Portal, under ‘Returned’ in the Orders Section

  • When you receive these items, a pull out form will be issued to you, please sign and keep the copy for reference

  • Adjustments to your payout will be made for the returned and undelivered items
