If you received either of these error messages:

 

1) The following products could not be identified: (List of product codes) - this could be due to:

  • Invalid product code(s), or

    • Please verify that your product code on Partner Portal matches the one on your product

  • Product(s) not created

    • Submit a request to Partner Support with the new product listing template containing the product codes

 

2) The following products could not be updated with new quantity: (Supplier product code)

  • The product is not fully created by Redmart yet, please submit a request to Partner Support with the error message so that this can be rectified

 

If you’re still unable to update your stock after multiple attempts following the instructions, please submit a request to Partner Support.
