Drop an email to Partner Support at rm_partnersupport@care.lazada.com

with the contacts that you would like to have access to Partner Portal in this format:

  • Name of new contact:

  • Store Name on RedMart:

  • Email:

  • Mobile Phone Number:

  • Purpose of adding the email (if to receive the Daily Report or the Pick Up request or both)

After receiving a confirmation from Partner Support that the new contact has been added - wait for about 10 mins and try to log-in to both Redmart.com and Partner Portal using that email address and the default password.
