First, please ensure you are logging in from 


Error Message: "Sorry, we don't seem to recognize you" 

This could mean you have either entered the wrong email address or the wrong password

  • If you do not remember your password, try resetting it by clicking on "Forgot your password?" below the “Log In” button. After which, you will receive an email in your inbox to reset your password.

  • If you are using the wrong email, you will not be able to reset your password, in this case please contact Partner Support to get your email setup.

Error Message: Clear cache and try again. 

  • Use Google Chrome (Partner Portal is optimised for Chrome)

  • For Windows CTRL + SHIFT + DELETE


    • Select setting “since the beginning of time” + tick all checkboxes + click on button CLEAR BROWSING DATA

  • Go to

  • You should get to the Partner Portal log-in prompt

  • Enter your email and password
