If you cannot attend a Pick Up for the day, you should contact call our Operations Hotline immediately at +65 8821 6826 (Mon to Sun - from 9AM to 8PM).


Please mention one of the following options:

  • If you are able to fulfil the pick up in a different location (provide full address and any contact number)

  • If you are  selling DRY ITEMS and you are able to bring the item to our warehouse by 8.30PM (Address for the drop-off is: 47 Jalan Buroh, Level 3, Singapore 619491)

  • If you are  selling FRESH 6-10* and you are able to bring the item to our warehouse by 8.30PM (Address for the drop-off is: 6 Fishery Port Road, Singapore Wine Vault Building, Level 3, Singapore 619747)

  • If you are  selling FRESH 2-5* & FROZEN ITEMS* and you are able to bring the item to our warehouse by 8.30PM (Address for the drop-off is: 47A Jalan Buroh, Singapore 619492)

  • You are not able to fulfil, we will need to cancel the pick up.
