If you cannot attend a Pick Up for the day, you should contact call our Operations Hotline immediately at +65 8821 6826 (Mon to Sun - from 9AM to 8PM).
Please mention one of the following options:
If you are able to fulfil the pick up in a different location (provide full address and any contact number)
If you are selling DRY ITEMS and you are able to bring the item to our warehouse by 8.30PM (Address for the drop-off is: 47 Jalan Buroh, Level 3, Singapore 619491)
If you are selling FRESH 6-10* and you are able to bring the item to our warehouse by 8.30PM (Address for the drop-off is: 6 Fishery Port Road, Singapore Wine Vault Building, Level 3, Singapore 619747)
If you are selling FRESH 2-5* & FROZEN ITEMS* and you are able to bring the item to our warehouse by 8.30PM (Address for the drop-off is: 47A Jalan Buroh, Singapore 619492)
- You are not able to fulfil, we will need to cancel the pick up.
