Request a different Pick Up window
- Email Partner Support at rm_partnersupport@care.lazada.comindicating the reasons.
- A minimum of 3 hours is mandatory for the Pick Up window. If you want to your pickup to start at 1PM, you will have to guarantee availability up till 4PM.
Changes are subjected to approval by the driver coordinator, who will check the compatibility of the request with the routing.
Request a different Pick Up address
- Email Partner Support at rm_partnersupport@care.lazada.com. In your request, please include the following:
- Full address of the new Pick Up location
- Effective start date (when do we start picking up from the new location)
- Any changes to the pickup timing
- Any update in contact e-mail addresses
- Any update in mobile number to which we can send the “arrival” SMS, in case it has changed
