Request a different Pick Up window

  • Email Partner Support at rm_partnersupport@care.lazada.comindicating the reasons.
    • A minimum of 3 hours is mandatory for the Pick Up window. If you want to your pickup to start at 1PM, you will have to guarantee availability up till 4PM.
    • Changes are subjected to approval by the driver coordinator, who will check the compatibility of the request with the routing.

    • Full address of the new Pick Up location
    • Effective start date (when do we start picking up from the new location)
    • Any changes to the pickup timing
    • Any update in contact e-mail addresses 
    • Any update in mobile number to which we can send the “arrival” SMS, in case it has changed
