If you created the promotions via the Promotion Template, please fill it up again by copying and pasting the same details for the promotion that you want to extend and change the start and end date of the promotional period. After completing it, submit to Partner Support, considering the 10 working days notice we need.
If you created the promotions through Partner Portal, you should disable the current promotion and create a new one with the desired start and end date. Note that it may take up to 30 minutes to reflect on the website after you have disabled the promotion.
Changing the promotional price / mechanic
If you discover your promotional price is wrong, disable your promotion immediately on Partner Portal. To re-create the promotion, set the promotion on Partner Portal or send us the promotion template (with corrected pricing) and we will create it.
Please do note that if any customer orders your item on the incorrect promotion price, you are obligated to fulfil the order. An investigation will be conducted to find out the reason behind the incorrect promotional price, in the event it is due to an error in the template submitted by you, you are required to fulfil the order at the listed price. However, if it is due to an error on our end, we will make the necessary adjustments to your payout.
