Do not be alarmed by the number of columns, in reality there are just a few that are really mandatory to fill to put your items in promotion! 


STEP 1:

(RedMart Product Code)

RPC by RedMart to all products in the store which is an internal number RedMart uses to identify and track products. Please do not Cut and Paste the RPC number into cells, instead “Clear Content” or do a Copy and Paste instead to preserve the promotion template mechanics.

4Promo Start Date

Please ensure that the price you see is accurate, if not, please overwrite the cell with the correct price.

10LiveUp Promo per Unit
- To fill
Fill in the Promotional Price of your product after the discount (this price is only applicable for LiveUp members-only)

STEP 2:


14Promo Type

Single / Multi-buy / Multi-groups
Select either one of the options from the dropdown menu. Multi-groups represents and is only applicable for combo deals.
15Unit shoppers must buy 
- To fill
You have to fill this in if you selected Multi-buy in the previous cell.
For a multi-buy, it has to be more than 1 unit. For example, you want customer to buy 2 items to be applicable for the promotional price, indicate “2” here. If customer needs to buy 4 items to get a promotional price, indicate “4” here.
16Saving
- To fill
Indicate the type of promotion (savings) here as you can see in the box.
Look here to understand what are the different types of promotion you can set up, in general:
  • For Single Promotion: you may chose between “Fixed” or “Percent”.
  • For Multi-buy Promotion: you may choose between “Fixed” or “Percent”.
17Grouping for Multi-groups
- To fill
When creating Combo deals, select the group in which the RPC falls under.
For instance, if your combo deal requires the customer to buy a product from Group A and a product from Group B to be entitled to the deal, indicate which products fall under Group A and B separately.
18Promo Title on Website
- Automatic
This field is automatically generated.
You can overwrite this to change the promotional name for Multigroups (Combo Deals) such as Combo 10% Off.
19LiveUp Promo Title

20Total No. of Promotion Redemption
- To fill
Indicate the total number of units that can be sold in the promotion, else it will be unlimited.
21Max No. of Promotion Redemption per Cart
- To fill
Indicate the maximum number of units one customer can purchase in a single order, else it will be unlimited.

NOTE:

  • There should not be any overlap of promotional period for the same RPC
  • If you discover that the pricing is wrong because of the overlapping promotional period, inform Seller Support immediately. Please note that you are obligated to fulfil the order at the promotional pricing if the customer placed an order for your products.
  • Ensure all data provided are accurate and updated, should it be invalid, please inform Seller Support immediately
  • Once you've submitted the template to us, it may take up to 5 working days for it to be processed. You will be able to see your promotions on RedMart’s website or in Partner Portal under “Products” once your promotions start.
