If you have your own product images, please ensure that images you have meet these mandatory requirements:

  • JPEG format
  • Pixel Dimensions: 1600 by 1600 pixels
  • White Padding: 80 - 100 pixels around the product
  • Background: RGB 255 255 255
  • Resolution: 72 DPI 


Important notes:

  • Your image file names should not contain any special characters such as )(%!@#$^&*, etc.
  • Images should not contain any watermarks or store logos
