Our customers will be satisfied with their orders when they are completely fulfilled. You play an important role in this and one of the ways to ensure we fulfil orders is when you to update your stocks frequently and accurately. Here's what you need to do!


STEP 1: CHECK

  1. The number of stock on Partner Portal
    • Log-in to Partner Portal
    • Select Products
    • Select View Products
    • View column 'Stock'
  2. The number of physical stock available


If you find that the number of stock on Partner Portal is running low and you have sufficient physical stock available, please proceed to step 2 below!


STEP 2: UPDATE


There are two ways to update your stock on Partner Portal: Individually and In Bulk
