With effect from 6 September 2017, for any daily pickup issues or notifications, now you should contact our Driver Coordinators at +65 8821 6826. This hotline operates Monday to Sunday, from 9AM to 8PM. Please note that the phone number should only be used for pickup related queries, below are some examples:

  • To get update on driver delays and expected time of arrival

  • To notify us if you need earlier or later pickup

  • To notify us that your shop will be closed or complete Out of Stock

  • For other related requests you may have (e.g. to I’ll leave the items in the security office)

  • For any pickup fulfilment discrepancy

The issues above should refer to the pickup of the day only.

Please DO NOT contact this number for any matter other than pickups.
