To get update on driver delays and expected time of arrival
To get update on cancelled pick up
To notify us about a complete Out of Stock (meaning you don't have any item to give to us)
To notify us that your shop will be closed
For any exceptional request you may have (e.g. to leave the items at the rinser) - the Driver Coordinator will assess the feasibility to accept your request
For any fulfilment discrepancy
