In case you realise there are discrepancies in your monthly payout, please inform us immediately.

Please send an email to sellersupport@redmart.com specifying the following:

Email Subject

  • Store Name (as it appears on RedMart) | Payment discrepancies

Email Body

  • Month of relevance
  • Pick up day(s) in which you observed the discrepancy
  • Discrepancy amount
  • RPC(s) affected
  • Any other relevant information that will allow us to investigate

Please note the following:

  • If you read the Daily Report everyday and report to us anything that doesn't tally your own reconciliation, at the end of the month there should be no issue (also it's easier to investigate what happened the day before, with respect to the month before)
  • Your monthly statement is created at the beginning of the following month, so please check on it immediately. Eventually, discrepancies observed when the payment is already placed will not be addressed.
