By reading the daily report, you can check if the items that we picked the previous day are properly accounted for. If there is any dispute to the items fulfilled, you can inform sellersupport@redmart.com immediately, and we can rectify the issue.


If you do not read the daily report, and at the end of the month, you discover that there are disputes in the items that we picked against your record, it will be difficult to track back to when it happened. It will take up a lot of time on both our sides to resolve this issue.


Hence, do read your daily report everyday, and inform us if you find any disputes so that we can rectify it immediately.
