First and foremost, we apologise for the not picking up your items.

If some time after your pick up window has passed, and our driver haven't come to pick up the order for the day, please contact our Driver Coordinator immediately at +65 8821 6826 (Mon to Sun - from 9AM to 8PM). 

After which, please send in a request to Seller Support. The team will open an investigation to understand what happened that prevented the driver from attending to the pickup.

Please note that if a pick up is skipped for any reason, we won't be able to reschedule it, meaning that the order for that day will be cancelled. It's a system constraint that we can't override.
