If you realise last minute that you cannot attend the Pick Up for the day, you should contact our Driver Coordinator immediately at +65 8821 6826 (Mon to Sun - from 9AM to 8PM).
Please mention in one of the following options:
- You are able to fulfil the Pick Up at a different location
If you are selling DRY ITEMS and you are able to bring the items to our warehouse by 8.30 PM (in this case the address for the drop off is 6 Fishery Port Road, Singapore Wine Vault Building, Level 3, Singapore 619747)
If you are selling FRESH AND FROZEN ITEMS and you are able to bring the items to our warehouse by 8.30 PM (add address here)
- You are not able to fulfil at all, hence we need to cancel the pick up
Please note that you should close your store whenever you are not able to attend the pick up. If you don't do it, you will incur fines in the near future.
