If you realise last minute that you cannot attend the Pick Up for the day, you should contact our Driver Coordinator immediately at +65 8821 6826 (Mon to Sun - from 9AM to 8PM).


Please mention in one of the following options:

  • If you are able to fulfil the pickup in a different location

  • If you are selling DRY ITEMS and you are able to bring the item to our warehouse by 8.30 PM (Address for the drop-off is: 47 Jalan Buroh, Level 3, Singapore 619491)

  • If you are selling FRESH 6-10 (Temperature Controlled) and you are able to bring the item to our warehouse by 8.30 PM (Address for the drop-off is: 6 Fishery Port Road, Singapore Wine Vault Building, Level 3, Singapore 619747)

  • If you are selling FRESH 2-5  & FROZEN ITEMS (Temperature Controlled) and you are able to bring the item to our warehouse by 8.30 PM (Address for the drop-off is: 47A Jalan Buroh, Singapore 619492)

  • You are not able to fulfil, hence we need to cancel the pick up

Please note that you should close your store 7 days in advance whenever you are not able to attend the pickup.
