If by 12.30 PM, you do not receive any of email with regards to pick up request, please check in your spam folder first. If the email is not there, please inform sellersupport@redmart.com.


At the same time, please go to Partner Portal, section "Orders", tab "Pick Ups", to check the items you should prepare for the day. From this section, you will also be able to export the same excel file we send you via Pick Up Request email. Learn how to use the "Pick Ups" section, here.
