Also, check if the email is marked as spam, in junk folder, or if your account is full. Contact Partner Support if you don’t find the email.

In Partner Portal, go to the section "Orders", tab "Pick Ups" - to check the items you should prepare for the day. From this section, you will also be able to export the same excel file we send you via Pick Up Request email. Learn how to use the "Pick Ups" section, here.
