If you want to assess which items should be prepared for a certain pick up day, you should check the tab "Pick ups" in the section "Orders" of Partner Portal.



In this page you will be able to see:

  1. The consolidated list of items to be prepared for the pick up of the day (TODAY)
  2. The consolidated list of items that will be picked in the following days (TOMORROW, SAT, SUN, MON, etc)

By clicking on each of the day, you will see the detailed picking list. 



VERY IMPORTANT. Please note that the lists are final after the cut off time (indicated for each pick up list to prepare). We strongly recommend you to check the items that you have already prepared against the list in Partner Portal after the cut of time or against the corresponding Pick Up request email sent to you.


If you are curious on the logic we apply to select which item will be picked in a certain day, please check the rules below:

A) If you are a Seller that has the shop only open on weekdays

  • From Monday to Thursday, we pick everyday (t) all the items to fulfil the orders with a delivery date from the day after (t+1) 2PM till the following day (t+2) NOON. Example: on a Wednesday we will pick all the items to fulfil orders with delivery date from Thursday 2PM to Friday NOON
  • On Friday, we pick all the items to fulfil the orders with a delivery date from Saturday 2PM till Monday NOON

B) If you are a Seller that has the shop open also on weekends

  • From Monday to Sunday, we pick everyday (t) all the items to fulfil the orders with a delivery date from the day after (t+1) 2PM till the following day (t+2) NOON. Example: on a Wednesday we will pick all the items to fulfil orders with delivery date from Thursday 2PM to Friday NOON
