Email sellersupport@redmart.com the contacts that you would like to have access to Partner Portal in this format:

  • Name:
  • Company Name:
  • Email:
  • Mobile Phone Number:
  • Purpose of adding the email (if to receive the Daily Report or the Pick Up request or both).

After receiving a confirmation from Seller Support that the new contact has been added - wait for about 10 mins and you can login to both Redmart.com and Partner Portal using that email address and the default password.
