During the set up of your Store on RedMart, we will also create an account in Partner Portal for all the email addresses you decided to include.
You will be able to log-in to both Redmart.com and Partner Portal using the email that you have given to your respective Acquisition Manager along with a default password. Please be reminded to change your password once you have logged in. To learn how to change your password, click here.
Submit a request (top right of this page) to Seller Support if you don’t remember the default password.
